He holds a Diploma in Insurance from College of Insurance (COI) in Nairobi Kenya and a CII Certificate from the Chartered Insurance Institute of London. Chris has over 19 years’ experience working with ARIS. An all-rounder, Chris has the focused zeal and steady growth with wide exposure to general business underwriting.

He was previously supervising Business Development and Strategy functions of the company along with overseeing Life & Medical (LiMeD) Departments for many years. As the key driver of the company’s growth, Christopher successfully transformed LiMeD from a single person operation into a dynamic, high performing department. He has built and led a multidisciplinary team of specialists, including medical professionals, HR and Insurance experts delivering comprehensive employee benefits solutions.

He is a member of TIBA – Tanzania Insurance Brokers Association Governing Council and current Chair of the TIBA Technical Committee; an organ mandated to contributing to the identification, analysis and advisory work provided to the TIBA Governing Council on technical & professional matters affecting the Insurance Broking Industry in Tanzania.
